Pie ‘n’ Peas
It’s Pie ‘n’ Pea time! The Forster Milburn Millennium Trophy falls on Sunday 30th September this year. The penultimate competition of the year will be the usual Stableford – start as early as you like but be sure to stay for the Pie ‘n’ Peas. Tickets are £5 and will be available from the bar this weekend during Captains’ Day, another very special event in memory of Dennis Bowling.
Junior Championship
Hello all,
The results and associated handicap adjustments for Saturday’s two Junior Championships are now on the website: Junior Results
Congratulations to this year’s Champions – Haydn Rutherford by one shot from Jake Reed, and Daniel Twizell off the blue tees. It was also very pleasing to see the full turnout in each competition.
The Championships mark the end of this season’s junior golf but remember, as ever there is a Club Presentation Night to come, and I will keep you informed when the date for Presentation Night is fixed.
